Because I try to instill in my students a responsibility to give back using their G-d given talents to help others, I have been producing benefit concerts at Feinstein’s/54 Below. This iconic venue is named for cabaret legend Michael Feinstein, and has presented top Broadway and Cabaret stars since its inception in 2012.
I am so proud of our MVS students who have raised funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation giving terminal children their last wish, the Applaud Our Kids Foundation, helping underserved talents receive lessons, and Shine MSD Foundation helping survivors of the Parkland massacre to effect change in gun laws.
